The Conference is pleased to announce the presenters for Plenary Session I : The Epidemic and the Response, which will be held Saturday, November 19, at 9:00 a.m., in the Atlantis Conference Center.

Thirty Years of HIV/AIDS : A Scientific Journey and Look to the Future will be presented by Anthony S. Fauci, M.D., Director, National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, National Institutes of Health, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, United States. General HIV Epidemiology will be presented by J. Peter Figueroa, M.B.B.S., D.P.H., Professor of Public Health, Epidemiology, and HIV/AIDS, The University of the West Indies at Mona, Jamaica.
